Over the last 20+ years, I’ve gone from CFO to Chief of Staff to the behind-the-scenes fixer for leadership teams navigating scale, change, and “we’re not sure how we got here but it’s kind of on fire.” I specialize in turning vague strategy into systems people actually follow—and making the executive team look like it planned the whole thing.

My approach blends operations, finance, and people systems, built on neuroscience, behavioral frameworks, and an obsession with making complexity feel manageable. I’ve worked with startups, accelerators, global remote teams, and venture-backed companies, designing execution rhythms, coaching leaders, and rebuilding cultures that were hanging on by a Slack thread.
