My experience as an educator started in 2003, when, I began training bank managers to understand the nuances of small businesses and entrepreneurship. This role not only honed my skills but also ignited my passion for mentoring.

Over the years, I've guided ambitious founders, professionals, and executives. My goal has always been to expand their perspectives and elevate their skills, blending my financial and leadership background with neuroleadership principles to offer a unique mentorship experience.

My finance background has been instrumental in my journey. I've successfully navigated companies through the waters of debt and equity funding.
